2.Information on the collection and storage of personal data when visiting our website, type and purpose of use of this data

Calling up the website

When you call up our website  information is automatically sent to the provider of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is stored for a limited period of time in a so-called log file. 

In particular, the following information is collected and stored until automated deletion:

We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website. For this purpose, the server log files must be collected. The aforementioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup of the website,
  • Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
  • evaluation of system security and stability.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest for this data processing is derived from the purposes of data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data to draw conclusions about your person. The hoster is generally used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

We use so-called cookies on our website.

These are small text files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your end device (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our site. As a person affected by data processing when visiting our website within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 DSGVO, you have various so-called data subject rights.

In addition, suitable organizational, contractual and technical measures have been taken to ensure that manipulation, whether accidental or intentional, loss, destruction and, in particular, access by unauthorized persons are prevented and that data protection regulations are complied with. We strive for the greatest possible security of data traffic.
