AES EnergyHub

The First True Alternative to Diesel Generators.

The EnergyHub is the innovative and sustainable solution for anyone who needs flexible and independent access to power. Designed as a replacement for diesel generators and lead-acid batteries, the EnergyHub enables off-grid operation without relying on construction site power—offering a clean, mobile energy supply that’s both efficient and eco-friendly.

State-of-the-Art Sustainable Power Supply:

Thanks to the use of interchangeable SuperPack Smart batteries, the EnergyHub delivers a modern and efficient energy solution. These batteries can be recharged via photovoltaic (PV) systems and offer an impressive lifespan of over 3,000 cycles. The modular system design allows energy capacity to be precisely tailored to your needs—ensuring you always have the right amount on board, without unnecessary weight.

Maximum Flexibility:

Spare batteries can be easily transported and swapped on-site for larger projects—ideal for extended operations. This keeps you fully equipped and adaptable at all times. In addition, the EnergyHub features an integrated insulation monitor (Isowächter), allowing you to safely connect a virtually unlimited number of devices.

Advantages:

  • Work Independently from Site Power: Use the EnergyHub wherever energy is needed – without relying on external power sources.

  • Highest Safety Standards: The integrated insulation monitor ensures maximum operational safety, protecting both the system and the user, and making it safe to operate even for non-specialists.

  • Flexible Deployment: Whether in the workshop, in a vehicle, or directly on-site—the EnergyHub adapts to any location.

  • Compact & Lightweight: Its low weight and space-saving design make both transport and use exceptionally convenient.

  • Expandable Power Supply: With the ability to connect up to 16 batteries over time, the EnergyHub offers a scalable solution to meet your evolving energy needs.
